CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and strive to provide the best service experience. In order to respect the time of both our clients and therapists, we have implemented the following cancellation policy: • Cancellations or rescheduling of appointments must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a charge of 20% of the service fee. • No-shows will also be subject to the 20% charge. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. This policy allows us to continue offering the highest quality service to all clients.
